Why profile boundaries matter
A Work Profile separates managed apps and data from personal space. The administrator can control which sources or apps operate inside that profile. Moving an entertainment APK to personal storage does not authorize use on the work side and may violate the device agreement even if a file becomes visible.

- Look for a briefcase badge and confirm which profile opened the APK.
- Check the device ownership and acceptable-use policy.
- Ask the administrator whether the app is approved or whether a managed-store version exists.
